        2. How to Cancel
        You can cancel your subscription or services through the following methods:

            - Customer Support: Contact our support team directly for assistance with cancellation
 
        
        3. SaaS Subscription Cancellation
        For our Software-as-a-Service offerings:
        
            - Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period
 
            - Annual Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the annual term
 
            - Free Trials: Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged
 
            - No Cancellation Fee: We do not charge cancellation fees for subscription services
 
        
        4. Effective Date of Cancellation
        Your cancellation will take effect as follows:
        
            - Immediate Cancellation: For accounts in free trial or with outstanding violations
 
            - End of Billing Period: For paid subscriptions in good standing
 
            - Grace Period: 30 days to reactivate cancelled accounts with data retention
 
        
        5. What Happens After Cancellation
        When you cancel your services:
        
            - Data Access: You retain access to your data until the end of your paid period
 
            - Data Export: You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation
 
            - Account Deletion: Account and data are permanently deleted after 90 days
 
            - No Further Charges: No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

        For custom software development services:
        
            - Notice Period: 30 days written notice required for cancellation
 
            - Work Completed: Payment required for all completed milestones
 
            - Work in Progress: Payment may be required for work in progress based on percentage completion
 
            - Intellectual Property: Rights to completed work transfer to client upon payment
 
        
        7. Automatic Renewal Cancellation
        To prevent automatic renewal:
        
            - Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date
 
            - Cancellations made on or after the billing date will apply to the next billing cycle
 
            - We will send reminder emails before automatic renewals
 
        
        8. Involuntary Cancellation
        We may cancel your service without notice if:

            - Payment fails repeatedly after retry attempts
 
            - Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activities
 
            - You exceed usage limits consistently
 
        
        9. Reactivation
        If you wish to reactivate a cancelled account:
        
            - Within 30 Days: Full reactivation with all data preserved
 
            - 30-90 Days: Account reactivation possible but some data may be lost
 
            - After 90 Days: New account required; previous data not recoverable
